Shipping
- Made to order: Each item is printed or embroidered after you order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days.
- Delivery: Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships.
- Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
- Tracking: You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping cost: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what you order and where it’s going.
Returns and exchanges
Because every item is made just for you, we can’t take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size details on each product before you order.
Damaged, defective or misprinted? We’ll make it right. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address? Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipping.
